This historic building was converted into apartments which meets the high demand of young professionals looking for the downtown Detroit living experience. The public spaces were transformed into multi-functional areas which promote socializing, and include a lobby space with a living room feel and third floor entertaining lounge space which includes a kitchen and adjacent outdoor terrace perfect for hanging out with guests or connecting with neighbors.
